Porsche Babblers - 2000 Boxster Super Spec Race Car

This car is built to the new Super Spec standards for advanced Boxster spec speed and handling. This is the logical next step up for Boxster spec racers or those who want to start out a little faster than the Boxster spec series. Since starting the build this car has 4 track days on it. It has been built to the highest specifications for the new Boxster Superspec class.

Chassis - Boxster S chassis starts with many of the common Boxster Spec upgrades

Larger oil cooler
Larger 996 based brake calipers with cross drilled rotors
Heavy duty rear uprights (larger wheel bearing than the non-s upright)
Revised rear toe link geometry

Bare tub build (everything was removed and inspected)
Bare tub pressure washed and hand scrubbed
Front and rear sub frames were walnut blasted
