I returned my pair of "right" clear tail ights today.

Scott from Claidge's called today to say they received some more lights. I went over at lunchtime and dropped off my pair of "right side only" Euro lights. In exchange I picked up a correct pair of DOT lights. Not a bad deal. However the surprising part was that they now have 2 sets of "right side only" tail lights. I wonder if this is some parts packer's version of a joke

The Euro version doesn't have the "parking" light on the side. However they are easy to convert since you do have a DOT version currently on the car. The Archives contain complete details.

Re: What's the difference between the Euros and the DOTs?

Thanks. Mine do have the parking lights on the side but the holes for the parking light bulbs were closed. However it was easy to pop them out so the full light assembly fits, and parking lights work!

When you've got your clears installed, please post pics, too.

I took pictures today. Should get them posted tonight.

Just ignore the fact that my car is filthy from the rain and roads.
