Option codes #231, #582 and #583

What do they stand for ? Someone who knows ?

I have 231 and 582 and was not able to figure them out with the various option decoders. Therefore I believe they are internal factory codes rather than the option codes we think of. For example, 231 could be for the a/c. But there is no option code in NA for the a/c as it is standard here.
