My head is cracked!

Well the drivers side head on my 2003 Boxster S cracked and is not repairable! Porsche does have a new head but will take 3 weeks and $$$. I need to source a rebuilt or repairable used head. I was told the 2003-4 S heads are the same. Any ideas where I can source a head?

Greatly appreciate any help!!

Regards

James
