Maybe back
After a 996 a '74 bug restoration and a jeep TJ I think it is time to be back in a mid engined Porsche...
Will be looking at one tomorrow...the early 986 and 986Ss are just too cheap to ignore as a project car now. ![]() Blizzard White 986S 6 spd, factory hard top, factory 18" turbo wheels, original owner...grey leather interior. ![]()

Project car
I have a 1999 986 in great shape if you are interested. It has a hardtop and two sets of wheels.

And it begins
Got a few things accomplished today
![]() First rear tires were toast....ordered two new rear tires yesterday...arrived today, mounted this afternoon...fresh rubber :bandit: Second, found my headlight switch was not working properly...found a local replacement...15 minutes later I have functioning litronic headlights. Third, did the first round of exterior detailing complete...entire exterior was clay barred, in preparation for complete light body polish and then wax...all by hand. glad the Boxster is a small car ![]() ![]()

Hey Larry!
Good to hear from you. How are you and Linda doing? Doing AX anymore? How is Monster Boxster? Always loved driving that car! Merry Christmas. Babblers is pretty much a ghost town now a days ![]()

Hi Dan,
We are doing well. Stopped AX, Linda had neck surgery and can't bare the weight of a helmet. New Fab Speed exhaust system resulted in a major increase in torque. Let me know if your going to be near Capitola and you can take it for a drive. Happy New ! |
