New boxster owner

Hello! I've just bought a silver/black 2001 boxster s CPO w/ 60k and service done. So far so good, I love that jewel!

I've just noticed a tiny little crack starting on the conv top window , is there anything I can do to stop the crack and maybe fix it (for a while) other than buying a new window? It's really small, like 0.2 inches or less...

I swear I had looked at the car when I bought it at the dealer and I did not notice anything, of course I've seen it 2 days later and the dealer won't do/pay anything !
