Its not the glass in the center, it is the mesh screen behind the seat headrest, they dont seem to be as secure.

Ah, that explains things

On mine, I added some padded double-stick tape as they tended to rattle a bit. Since then, no rattles and I'm still on the originals so you might give that a try when you find replacements.

Ok...got it, while they dont fit tightly, I didnt think there was a risk of either of them just "blowing" out. A lesson learned, and, unless I happen to find a used one, and am forced to going OEM, it will be an expensive one!!
