Xenon Headlamps install

Xenon Headlights- I found some Xenon headlamps online at (design911.co.uk)
They have sets of xenon headlamps for under $1300. These are OEM but an LA dismantler tells me that you need a new harness to acommodate this type of upgrade. This is contrary to what design911 tells me. They told me the xenon upgrade is a direct plug in. - Can anyone tell me which is true?....

it is a plug and play for the low beam. You need the module to be able to use the high beam which rotates the beam up. The price that you found it for is also about average. How much are they charging you for shipping? Don't forget to get the little triangles for the headlight washers/corner lense. Try Suncoast Porsche they usualy have a good deals on the litronic lights.

Xenon headlamps

I'll look into the Hi-Beam Module from design911.

So far the totals are as follows:

-Suncoast $163 shipping + Litronics total: $1498
-Design911 $169 shipping + Litronics total: $1427

You might also check out Sunset Imports in Oregon if you haven't done so already.

It's Clear

As some people may remember, I had the same question a few months ago regarding the wiring harness.
It turns out that you can just plug in the headlights without the control module harness. The low beams work, as well as the high beams. The only feature you'll be missing out on is the angle adjustment feature.... It's when you hit bumps or go on an incline, the beams rotate to give you better vision. If you don't care about that, then you don't need the wiring harness....

If I'm wrong, then I'm probably missing out on something, my eyes have been playing tricks on me and I've been fooling myself all these months!
