Question Plastic Mesh windscreen in Rollbar?

Hi, I just purchased a 01' Boxster S. The previous owner was missing one of the windscreens that inserts into the rollbar. I wanted to know if anyone knew where I could replace a missing screen. I went to the dealership this morning and found out that is a $163 piece of plastic. I'm considering going to "pick your part" but, i'm not sure if they would have any boxsters.

pick your part is the place to go. check out parts heaven in hayward(?) or silver star in sacramento. or, give one of the online dealers a call...suncoast or sunset. or, just take out the remaining one!

Try http://www.silverstarrecycling.com/ in Rancho Cordova. If they have one be advised that if you ask them to send it to you it may take a while for it to get to you.

I got a pair for $60

Hello Guys,
I did not think you could find Boxsters at Pick A Part. I've only seen 914s, 924s, 944s, and 928s there. I was able to pick up a very clean used pair of the Mesh inserts from EBAY delivered for $60 through a Buy it now option. They usually go for $80 each on ebay but be patient and you may find a deal like mine.

Good Luck

Thanks Guys

Thanks for all the replies. Here is some advice, Don't lose your wind screen. They are hard to come by. I ordered one from www.eagleday.com and saved a few dollars $129 vs $163 but still quite expensive for a piece of plastic.
