Bob, if Dream Machine is coming from San Jose also, we could meet you @ the P & R say, around 9? Is that enough time to make it to the meeting point @ Crissy Field?

Coming from Saratoga 280, what's the exit before the edgewood?

Hi Gerry,

Thank you very much for the offer and I may take you up on it sometime in the future, but for this particular event I think that it would be best if I meet you folks at Edgewood Park & Ride just to save some time, plus I'm located just a little further North. Thank you so much once again.

BTW, you were asking about the exit just before Edgewood Rd. exit, and I believed that it's called "Canada Rd". Basically after you exit (right) off of 280, it's located immediately to your left. Hope this helps.

Cheers,

DreamMachines

The exit before Egdewood (traveling NB on 280) is Farm Hill Rd. When you exit on Edgewood and approach the stop sign, you will see the Park & Ride directly across, turn to the right, them make a left into the parking lot. 9:00 sounds good.

Apparently, I'm going too . A couple of my good friends whose names shall remain anonymous, but their initials are Gerry and Dede, have convinced me to come out of my hibernation as well.

Since I'm working pretty late on Friday night, I may have to join you guys mid-point somewhere... *tries not to get too excited, as thinks of it as a speeding opportunity*

I'll keep the schedule with me and see where I can meet up, depending on when I leave.

btw: Gerry and Dede, you guys really know how to twist my arm

There has been talk about having 2 meeting places to meet in the morning and caravan up to Chrissy Field in San Francisco.

1. East Bay - RaisedOnPorsches aka Jeremy will decide on a location and post the location
2. Peninsula - BoxsterBob - San Carlos aka Bob has suggested Hwy 280/Edgewood Road Exit - "Park & Ride" as a location (see map that Bob has posted at beginning of this thread and the calendar)

WHO IS GOING?

1.RaisedOnPorsches - aka as Jeremy
2.Boxsterbob and Joanie
3.Gerry and son
4.DreamMachines
5.Akif - always appears somewhere along the way
6.Dede & friend Kathleen
7..Barbara Inaba - San Francisco
8.
9.
10.
..

I do not know the exact location at Crissy Field. I know Boxsterbob asked on the Facebook Group the exact area to meet in the early morning. We don't know about that yet.

Thanks ...I will let Christopher Zand know there will be probably be 5-7 cars, ....8-12 people. I am sure if anyone wants to go the last minute, just show up...with the rest of the group.
