Lightbulb Just a thought.........

I just spoke to Stephanie at Canepa Design in Scotts Valley. We are welcome to drop by after lunch (maybe 30 minutes) to view the car museum. Awesome place! I think a few people on the tour have not been there. Just a thought.
website: http://www.canepa.com/

Paralizer & George:
Stephanie mentioned that Glen Canyon Road is fine, if that road is taken on Saturday afternoon. After 2pm going south onto Hwy 17 and south onto Hwy 1 should be fine. Since we are only going for about 2.5 miles down the freeway to Soquel. Let's play it by ear when we are done with lunch.
She highly recommended my route choice, Soquel-SanJose Road in Soquel.

I think the only ones that have been to Canepa are:
Gerry
Dede
George

I agree this might be a fun thing to do. I think we would only have time for the showroom area in the front of the building. A quick stop by and they are open all day till 5pm. And it wouldn't be that crowded with just our group. Canepa is still under construction for the museum upstairs. They said that would be a few more months away to opening.

I'm up for it. How about in the San Mateo/Foster City area, and then take 92/Skyline together?

That sounds like you would be seeing Paralizer, Steve W, River Rat and maybe Ron Leppke on the road around the same time on 92/Skyline.

By the way, I have 3 cool door prizes from Carlsen Porsche to give away at lunch as a raffle. I called Richard at Carlsen this morning and told him about my tour this Saturday, he offered these very cool items for our tour. I drove down and picked them up. Anybody else know of another company that would offer car care items or something Porsche related as a freebie. If you know someone call them or let me know. I know it is short notice, but I got lucky today.

Arrow Early Saturday Morning

Suggestion:
One place would be the same 1st meeting place at Bridgepoint in San Mateo that was for the Mt. Diablo tour. Remember? Right off the 101 and 92
Keep in mind that everyone would have to meet close to 8:45 am, depart by 9:00 am to be at Alice's by 9:30am.
