OBD Code 1486.

Anyone here want to share with me as to how hard it is and how $$$ it is to get rid of the above? I have a CEL (light is static - NO blinking), code 1486. I get it every alternate fill-up. I have changed gas stations, but no luck so far.

THANKS

There is a TSB regarding that error code:

Thanks for the TSB Bob.

Any idea how much it will set me back to repair? Also, is it a "high-cost" emissions part - or not covered?

If anyone knows, that will be helpful! THANKS!

Sincerely,

Check with your dealer for a warranty repair.
The DTML module has a MSRP of $151.05 plus labor to install it.
