Switch carpet in 2001 Boxster S?

I'm thinking of putting deviating carpet in my Boxster. I currently have Boxster Red and would like to switch the carpet to black. Does anyone know how difficult it is to switch the main carpet and the carpet on the bottom of the doors?

Anyone in the Bay Area with black carpet in excellent condition that might want to switch?

I recall somebody doing this a few years ago. While it's not overly difficult it does require removal of the seats and a bit of the trim to get the bit that's on the floor.
