Hi Eric - what specifically do you need?

The install process is almost identical to the B&M Shifter procedure except for differences caused by the two products' different design.

The EVO shifter goes over the bottom of the shift lever stem thereby extending its length and changing the throws (in one direction only). There is a "trick" to installing the Evo shifter and it relates to how deep - how far in - you slide the car's shifter cable into the sleeve of the Evo assembly. Unfortunately, it's mostly trial and error and it often requires adjustment (forward or back) so be sure to test drive the car before you reassemble the center console!

As many people know, the B&M Shifter is a completely new shift lever assembly and is a very high quality product (when you see it alongside the shifter Porsche puts into your car you'll wonder why Porsche's isn't as good - it's called "Profit margin" and making due with what works rather than with the highest quality product). The only "trick" to installing the B&M shifter is to remember to mark the stock position of the shift cables (there are two) BEFORE you remove the shift cable linkages (that connect the shift cables to the shifter).

The B&M delivers shorter shifts in both directions (fore and aft) while the Evo only shortens throws in one direction (I forget if it's forward to back).

I hope this helps. Let me know if you need additional/other info.
