For you "Peeps" in the Bay Area

New Years Day ... NorCal East Bay

Its that time of year, to get up early and welcome the New Year in correctly ...
Great people .. Great cars ... and a New Years Drive ...

Meeting time will be 8:00am and departing about 8:30am starting point for the drive will be at

Livermore Chevron
2186 Las Positas Court
Livermore, CA 94551-7301

Here is a short link to the route http://g.co/maps/9vwjb .. it will be about a 2 1/2 to 3hr drive with breaks (indoor bathrooms) it is a drive that has been previously proven to be a great route ...

It sure is early for new years day I need moral support to do this!! Anyone else from the peninsula going via 92? Maybe a carvan...

Sounds all good...we can have a caravan if you want, maybe meet at a Starbucks...for some coffee close to San Mateo Bridge. Any ideas of a Starbucks or other coffee house that's right off Hwy 92? I think there is a Starbucks right there at the foot of the bridge area. We would have to meet very early for about 15-20 minutes....before heading over the bridge to Livermore, to be there by 8 am.
