Brake Pad Recommendations
Need some recommendations on street pads.
I want to swap out my pagid orange pads from my 99 street boxster. Hopefully, they still have a life for the 97 track boxster. So I need to find a set of street pads for daily use. Any suggestions? thanks.

I have Hawk HPS Street Pads for daily driving
They don't squeal, have relatively low dust, and yes they brake fine for daily driving (but don't even think of taking them to the track) The only drawback is that they don't have the hole for the brake sensors but who needs them anyway.

I used Hawks, but they didn't have enough bite for me. A friend of mine recommended EBC Yellowstuff. They are great! Very little squeal, some dust and great initial bite. They work great on the track too!

Colin, thanks... I plan not to use this car on the track at all. Because I have a track car.
So if the Hawk pads can stop me on the street, it is good enough. Thanks.
