Keyless Entry Replacement

97 boxster. I had the box under the seat replaced and keys reprogrammed for starting the car, but now the keyless entry doesn't work. Using the keys to lock/unlock the door is inconvenient, any advice/links on how to reprogram and or replace the keyless entry key would be appreciated!
