Trustworthy mechanic...?

Anyone who can recommend a good & trustworthy P-car mechanic on the SF Peninsula - please PM me. (Be aware, I'll egg your house if you recommend Alden/FlintWorks... and I'm not kiddin').

Wolf, suggest a search on some of the forums. I swear it was a few years ago that their reputation was extensively discussed.

Fifty eight Yelp reviews since 2010. Forty-nine (84%) were 5 stars; fifty-two (90%) were four stars or better. Four (7%) were 1 star.

With a nine to one excellent to poor ratings ratio, this information strongly debunks the negative image the OP implies.

Oh yelp me God, how silly. So let me try the same logic and words that you use, Mr. Thom4782:

I have been on this forum since 2006, and I have over 200 posts. You have been here since 2012 with only 12 posts. Over the years I've spent well over $10,000 at FlintWorks. Hence, I think this "strongly debunks" the positive image that you try to imply.

And yes, I actually know what I'm talking about. You don't: Alden Flint = THIEF

In any case, I don't really blame you for being this gullible, initially also I believed and trusted Alden, for example:

..etc, etc.

Actually, I know Alden well and have spent about $10K at Flintworks too. But unlike you, I let a sample of others speak about the shop's reputation.
