Leaky doors please help

Hi there, I wonder if someone can help.when I drive my Cayman in the wet the bottom inside of the doors get wet
I've checked the bungs in the door and they aren't blocked but the carpet on the door panels get soaked
It's an 06 cayman s, I previously had a Boxster and never had this issue

The rear drains probably don't apply to the Cayman, but the front drains are likely similar to the 986 in the front. Here is a diagram and a few pics from Mike Focke's site:

If you take the door panel off you'll probably find that the door liner is torn or not sealing fully. You can replace the liner or reseal it but either way you want to do it soon before the alarm control unit gets wet.
