U.S. Sports Car Invitational

Fri, 5/18/2007 - Sun, 5/20/2007 (Tickets on sale now!)

Waving the green flag on Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca's 50th Anniversary season is the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series, featuring wheel-to-wheel and fender-bending action of more than 50 Daytona Prototypes and GT sports cars. Watch established stars like Scott Pruett, Jorg Bergmeister, Christian Fittipaldi and up-and-comers like 18-year-old Colin Braun battle for the win. If that isn't enough, the Grand-Am KONI Challenge series is a proving ground for nearly 60 production based sportscars, and the 2007 SCCA SIRIUS Satellite Radio Mazda MX-5 Cup Presented by Hankook provides spec Mazda MX-5 action. The Grand American Road Racing Association was established in 1999 to return stability to major league sports car road racing in North America. As the organization begins its eighth season of competition in 2007, Grand American is universally regarded as one of the world’s fastest-growing motorsports organizations.

So Sorry,

Kev booked the room way early in October 2006. That's why you have to do something soon.
Try Hotels.com on line for booking. Kev went directly to Best Western online to book or try calling the resort and for any cancellations.

If by chance you can get a room near by we could all meet at the Beach Resort Monterey for dinner or cocktails.

I went to the BW site and it appears 5/19 is booked. However, I went to the BW site that books the Romantic 2 day packages and the 18th 19th appear open. He might try calling the hotel directly for any cancellations. Our reservation is still confirmed. I also have in our Monterey file a 2 bdrm 1.5 bath house at Pajaro dunes for $350 a nite which could be a good deal if split with other couples. www.pajarodunesgetaway.com

Question Laguna Seca - Sunday

If one can not find a room.
Idea....................
Make a day out of it at Laguna Seca for Sunday. Everyone that is thinking of going could send a private message to each other with their cell # to help locate everyone on the day of the race.
