See if you can affect the behavior by wiggling the key in the ignition.

I had a similar issue today, everything turned on yet when I turned the key nothing. Subsequent to watching that trans was in park I attempted again and nothing. At last I utilized the far off to bolt and open the vehicle from within and bingo vehicle fired right up. Mini Excavator
