How old is the car battery? There's this thread on renntech from a while ago with some other ideas.

Battery is a few months old, only thing is I got a 2DIN Pioneer radio which I got
instaleld by a professional, I read somewhere else that the original radio is part of the alarm system and this is why the alarm goes off due to the missing component. I get 1 beep every time I lock the doors.

Sounds like that may be the problem. As I recall it's necessary to do something with the original wire (ground it?) as opposed to just wrapping the end of it and leaving it float. I'm sure someone will be along with a full answer. You might also try over at renntech.org to see if a solution is there regarding the radio.

If the radio was a CDR-220 then you will need to disconnect the alarm wire (brown/blue wire) and tape it.

There should be no beeps when you lock the car with the remote.
One beep means one or more zones is open.
Two beeps mean there is an internal alarm fault.

Durametric, a Porsche PST2, or Porsche PIWIS tester will troubleshoot any faults down to the exact problem area.
