911 02 white smoke...bad...oil seper

white smoke at start up..big...think its white...it's light smoke but not condensation?...could be light blue..not black...pretty white...stops after driving...but then sometimes while driving(little smoke)...thought I overfilled the oil because the computer readout did not jive with the dip stick...and I overfilled to the max point on the dipstick..may a little more...drove it a few times....noticed the oil pressure was very high...took out some oil..had not changed the oil for 20k or plugs....changed the oil w/out changing the filter...still smoked..does not smoke anywhere else than out the pipes....was told that the oil needs to be burned off.....just started to make clanking sounds like bad gas while smoking during driving...friend put in regular gas before but after it started smoking...put in octane booster....changed oil again w filter...computer oil reader is not working...reads too high....oil on dipstick is just above the min mark.....turned it on....smoked at start up....stopped...drove 10 feet and it started smoking white smoke...could be very light blue.....was a lot of smoke...turned off car....waited 8 min...checked oil dipstick....was up to min line....is it the oil seperator?....porsche said it probably is....oil pressure is fine

Sounds like classic air/oil separator failure to me.

DO NOT drive the car until you get it fixed (or fix it yourself... pretty easy to DIY, and hundreds cheaper than having a dealer do it).

Driving the car with a failed or failing AOS can cause (at best) hydrolock and (at worst) catastrophic engine failure, fixable only by replacement or complete motor rebuild.
