Thanks very much for the write-up. For someone like me contemplating selling my 911SC for a Boxster S later this year, the info you've gathered is invaluable.

Smile Well done!

I've owned a 2000 base Boxster since June 03 as second owner, finding its seller on eBay and then tracking him down to do the deal. I did a fair amount of research before choosing, but I really could have benefitted from the info in your writeup. I drove serveral cars, talked with a buddy who owns a repair shop and two Porsches, and tried to get used to the fact I'd be parking in remote spots when shopping and having to do more walking.

Thanks for an informative white paper.
