Boxster clutch replacement tools

For anyone who has replaced Boxster clutch, any special tools required other than engine restraining bar? Is a clutch alignment tool required? What about replacing the rear main seal. I'll be tackling the job in about a week and have mostly worked on V-8 engines/transmissions.

Sounds like an ambitious DIY job. For a complete list of tools required you might want to check over at renntech.org.

If your RMS isn't leaking I'd probably leave well enough alone otherwise it's a perfect time to take care of the rear main seal as well as the intermediate shaft seal.
